Booking is per Couple ( 2 day course) Once you have booked for the Saturday you will automatically be booked in for the Sunday Calmbirth(R) understands birth it is an evidence based, clinically and scientifically proven to Reduce the rates of medical intervention Reduce the use of pain relief and epidurals during birth reduce the impact of perinatal anxiety and depression in women after childbirth and enrich their birth experience as positive, irrespective of how they birth - helping you to create a positive birth experience
