POST NATAL SUPPORT

Kim is available to support you with:

• Assisting you to settle into your new role as parent/parents

• Supporting you with the basic needs

• Designing the package to suit your individual needs

• Newborn baby settling

• Breast feeding basics

• Bottle feeding basics

• Different ways to wrap your baby, for comfort and support

• Newborn bath

• Support you with some much needed rest

• Can assist with any shopping that is needed

• Travel with you to any appointment or checks ups

• Help with general housework

• Can prepare your meals for you

• Support with siblings

• Support you with information or referrals to additional support

• Someone to talk over any concerns

When a mother has a problem, the first thing I say to her is "You need to be petted! Put your feet up, your body needs to be boosted with touch and stimulated if you want to get through this time"

​

For pregnant, birthing and postpartum women, the more they are touched, the happier they are, and less stressful everything becomes.
